Arrived late and had to leave before breakfast was served to catch a flight, but stay was very pleasant. Thanks for having fruit and fruit juice available. Please have more choices for healthy foods available anytime. How about Cliff Bars or healthy oat bars? I had to manage on Snickers and chips for breakfast with my banana.

Small and cramped but very clean and in a fantastic location. Not much of an atmosphere and the people and staff were not entirely inviting, but can't really complain when your down the road from soho.

We spent one night, the room (three beds) was clean, toilets and showers outside the room but very close, so you don't have to look for them (clean as well). The only disadvantage is noise from the streets outside, but you can buy earplugs. The streets were really noisy and we were in the middle of the week. But next time I may book room here because of great location first of all.

The only thing missing from this hostel is a communal area that encourages people to socialise with each other; people mainly seem to stick to themselves. Other than that, this hostel is fantastic! Great location, lots of access to special deals, great security, helpful staff, kitchen facilities...the list goes on! I would definitely stay here again.

Great hostel, the staff were friendly & helpful. There is ample amount of showers & toilets I think 4-6 of each on each level for the 4 days we were there we didn't have to wait at all to use these. The rooms are basic as stated in the hostel description at that's all you really need, there's a cupboard that you can use your own lock to keep your personal belongings in although I found the room quite safe so it wasn't entirely necessary. GREAT HOSTEL! Really enjoyed our stay!

Surprising for me, you don't get a towel, you hire it for 2 poinds and leave 5 deposit. The breakfast cost minimum 5 poinds, and wireless plus 5. Counting all together, it is not a low price stay, cheap hotel in London offeres maybe more for less.

The hostel is brand new. Amenities and facilities are great.Position is great too. Only possible drawback is that they make you pay (too much) for leaving your bags there on the day of your checkout (3 pounds).

Great location and amazing value for the price! :) The staff was very friendly! :) Would definetly reccomend this place to anyone going to London. If there was anything negative it was that the showers were a bit cold and the toilets very small, but for me personally that is not enough to not stay here again! :D
