The Internet and wifi charges are a minus especially owing to access only on reception floor.

Awesome place, nice people. It was Very warm in the rooms though, hard work in summer I would imagine. Very clean and tidy though in a great central location

A really bad bad thing is that you have to pay for internet.

Location was amazing - right next to Oxford Street (hence the name). Didn't like that the private room had two twin bunk beds instead of one joint double bed, but that wasn't a big deal. We had our own sink and mirror in our room, which was really nice. Not a great place to be carrying a lot of luggage (lots of narrow stairs). Biggest complaint by far is the cost of the internet (5 pounds for 24 hours). Staff was very friendly. Overall, a great experience and we'd stay there again.

Friendly staff, good location (all London's major sites around 20min walking), very clean, well isolated... It's not a "character" hostel, but does it really matters ? I just spent few days in here, but there were very good. Thanks a lot.

The hostel was great. I have been to more expensive hotels in London and no other was better. Even though you do not have ensuite bathrooms, and you have to pay for the wifi, I will definitely go back. Best location possible.

The staff was lovely and very informative, patient, helpful about things to do in London. The facilities were excellent, and breakfast was worth the price. I do wish the wifi had been free.

Great location, just a short walk to get to Oxford Street. Good beds, and great with a socket with a small shelf right next to the bed. There was a good luggage storage in the basement, which was great since my flight did not leave until later in the day.

The hostel was situated in the heart of the city. Excellent amenities and friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are a tad too small especially if one is carrying a hard-case luggage. I booked a twin-room. Would be good if the beds were top and bottom bunk instead of both at the bottom bunk - this would leave more room for walking and opening of luggage.

Everything was very good except for bunks. Even private rooms have bunks which is not ideal for a couple. This would discourage couples from staying more than one night. Nevertheless, great location, very clean, staff is nice, locker room in the basement is good.

Os quartos poderiam ser limpos diariamente. Fiquei 4 dias e parece que meu quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia enquanto estive lá. O lixo da lixeira se acumulou, e o carpete estava sujo por falta de aspirar.

Excellent place to stay in London! Staff are very knowledgeable and knew the Tube and how to get to the Liverpool station. They make a great cappacino. Beds were comfortable, good hot showers and clean bathrooms. Colorful and cheery. Good security and staff are there to help 24/7. A recommendation would be a bench or shelving in the shower for clothes. One hook was there but not quite adequate. Great place and we will stay there again!

Really a wonderful joint. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities were some of the cleanest I\'ve ever experienced. There of course were some loud partiers on Friday and Saturday night but it was all a part of the fun atmosphere. My fav hostel in London now!
