There's not much to say: a well-located, clean and welcoming place. The staff is likeable and the atmosphere between customers is warm and friendly. We particularly appreciated the equipped kitchen! No regrets.

Great place to stay especially if you are younger. It is in the middle of everything. You can pretty much walk everywhere! We had a great time. Staying in the dorm rooms is the best for the money. You get to meet new people and there is lots of room. I was in a group of 3 including myself (2 girls, 1 guy) and it was great in the dorm style rooms. Maybe consider bringing a small lock for the lockers. If not you can get one there.

Arrived late and had to leave before breakfast was served to catch a flight, but stay was very pleasant. Thanks for having fruit and fruit juice available. Please have more choices for healthy foods available anytime. How about Cliff Bars or healthy oat bars? I had to manage on Snickers and chips for breakfast with my banana.

Probably one the best hostels I've stayed. The facilities are above normal, cleanliness is outstanding, location is perfect, very organized, they provide discounts to main attractions in London. Downside is the cost if you compare with other cities/countries, and that there are a few extras that you would like to expect in the rate (no free wifi, and no breakfast). The atmosphere is good, you can talk with other people always on an environment of respect or be on your own. I would recommend it.

Small and cramped but very clean and in a fantastic location. Not much of an atmosphere and the people and staff were not entirely inviting, but can't really complain when your down the road from soho.

The cleanest hostel I've ever seen; perfect location, very good security, helpful staff; the usual problems - lack of space, paid wifi/storage room, no lift to the top two floors; overall - will stay again.

We spent one night, the room (three beds) was clean, toilets and showers outside the room but very close, so you don't have to look for them (clean as well). The only disadvantage is noise from the streets outside, but you can buy earplugs. The streets were really noisy and we were in the middle of the week. But next time I may book room here because of great location first of all.

The only thing missing from this hostel is a communal area that encourages people to socialise with each other; people mainly seem to stick to themselves. Other than that, this hostel is fantastic! Great location, lots of access to special deals, great security, helpful staff, kitchen facilities...the list goes on! I would definitely stay here again.

Great hostel, the staff were friendly & helpful. There is ample amount of showers & toilets I think 4-6 of each on each level for the 4 days we were there we didn't have to wait at all to use these. The rooms are basic as stated in the hostel description at that's all you really need, there's a cupboard that you can use your own lock to keep your personal belongings in although I found the room quite safe so it wasn't entirely necessary. GREAT HOSTEL! Really enjoyed our stay!
