This hostel was in a great location - Oxford St - so a lot of shopping and right by a tube stop! There was a kitchen and lounge that people were always in so it was fun to be able to meet people. The bunk beds were just normal bunk beds and the bathrooms/showers were clean. The staff were nice in directing us places. A great stay for sure!

The location is good for getting around. It is not exactly suited though to older people. If you just want a quiet drink - forget it! the pubs were heaving.

The hostel itself looks quite nice and modern. We had no trouble finding it according to the instructions supplied. Upon arrival everything went smoothly, except I was charged a higher price for the second night than was on my booking. When I brought this up the staff said that was impossible and just charged me their price (I am not saying it was their fault but they should have investigated). When I got to my room I found the paper booking and the issue was resolved and money returned.

great location, rooms very clean and a decent size...not much of an atmosphere, felt more like a budget hotel than a hostel. great bathrooms.

The hostel has a kitchen super comfortable and good organization and hygiene, but the showers are uncomfortable and someone should know basic Spanish and receiving people of that language, and also offers free wi fi and not true in reality.

maybe the owner could fix the fuse between rooms 3 and 4 to allow lamps above the beds to be switched on

Enjoyed our stay here. However the room was shoebox size!! Too small for four people. Fantastic location. Try "flat white" cafe for great brekkie and coffee. The staff were helpful and the place was clean.

I enjoyed my stay there very much. The atmosphere was very good, the staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. The kitchen and lounge added to it all. One didn't have to eat out! The location was super! I will definitely come back!

Excellent. Prices are high but unlike other hostels with high prices, this one has the quality too.

We were very pleased with every aspect of the stay. Location was superb, staff very friendly and helpful. I have only 2 minor suggestions: you should consider installing sensor lights in the hallway, it would save energy and make sleeping a little easier, also I was missing recycle bins in the room and lounge.

Nice and cozy atmosphere and very helpful staff, but we had to pay for a temporary membership (not optional) converters and even wifi, while in other hostels in London they were for free.

Staff is really friendly, location is superb, rooms and facilities are clean. Private double rooms are really small but overall clean and provided with everything you need. Too bad that you have to pay for everything. (towels, travel adapter etc).
