We enjoyed our stay with your. I would make a few suggestions though. It would be better if the cupboard is a little bigger in the private room and if possible, put in a table.

The Lounge area on the ground floor is very pleasant, but perhaps not quite big enough for the number of guests. The staff are very friendly, and do a great job.

10 years ago I went to this hostel and it seemed just what you wanted, modern zippy, good shower. The shower is in fact so good that 10 years on the showers en suite smell like a fusty sauna and because they are so dank the room smells horrible. The big window in the room in jammed against 2 bunk beds so if you do have access to it you may give the other bunk a breeze in the face. The food is quite good in the hostel but without the cooking facility for the hosteller it is less fun/cheap

Wifi is £5 for one night, though I believe it may be £10 for 5, or something similar- factor this in! I already knew this, but don't be fooled by the booking price. Staff were great, as was the cafe space to watch the tv, eat food and hot drinks and surf the wifi (it doesn't work in rooms). Prices were decent value for food and drinks, though breakfast appeared to be more pricey deals (again not included). Luggage storage available- no free storage, but £2 lockers were decently priced.

Hostel was great, super nice, loved the restraunt inside. Only problem was the washrooms extremely smell of mold and the shower head was covered in black mold and popped out shooting water everywhere. Beds were comfy and clean, good view and loved the breakfast in the morning plus free wifi.

Great rooms (even the 4 bed dorm we stayed in had a desk and views. Very conviently located to Kings Cross. A clean and professionally run hostel, more like a hotel.

Location is the best thing of it and everything is good as well, would be excellent if hairdryer is provided.

It was 28 degrees in our room although the climate was working (outside temperature: 10). It was not possible to open any windows so the air was extremely bad. Also, the street noise was very loud, so it was hard to get any sleep.
