I had booked this accommodation as I was travelling Eurostar early the next day. On arrival I was very impressed with the staff they were very helpful and polite. I read previous views about rooms at the front of the hotel and the noise from the road, I have to agree there is a noise even with the window closed but I had taken ear plugs and I had a great night sleep. Considering the location in London the price was great and I will book this accommodation again.

The location is perfect, right in front of the Piccadilly line of the underground. The beds are comfortable, the shower is hot, the bedrooms are silent and warm. I don't have anything to complain

Hi our stay at YHA London StPancras was very good, and convenient to train station and buses our room was very clean and the staff most helpful at all times, would recommend if you are looking for a good clean room with no fancy extras We would stay again here.

You more-or-less know what to expect from YHA hostels, as far as I can tell, and this one falls into line. Clean, does the job. Didn't find the staff over friendly but shouldn't really complain because they did all they should. Not sure about paying £5 for internet. Location was perfect for us, just across the road from Kings Cross/St Pancras.

I have spent 7 days in the hostel and apart from non-working wi-fi which costs 9 quid / 7 days it is a good place to stay, nice and quiet.

Fantastic hotel style hostel with a brilliant atmosphere in cafe/bar area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Incredible value for money. Good stay for anyone looking to stay in london. Only snag was bathroom door didn't lock (room 203) not enough to devalue the accommodation though!

I felt really secure in this hostel, being a young girl travelling on my own in London I'd been really nervous, but with this central location, friendly staff and good company I felt safe to sleep at night - definately a good thing. Also they have a cute breakfast arrangement which is reasonably priced, and for my weekend stay, I've got to say I enjoyed it.

The hotel staff was unprofessional, I booked an ensuite room, left our bags in the room and went to tour the city, when I returned I found 3 strangers in my rooms and my luggage set aside. The staff told me they double booked the room. Fortunately we got another room and nothing was lost but I think we were lucky. Very unpleassant experience! That same night in my new room, it smelled terrible and hot water was not available until next morning. Definitelly not recommended and will not return.

Pros: Hostel was clean, secure and close to St Pancras and King's Cross Stations. Cons: Pay extra for Internet, pay extra for towel, pay extra for storage.
