Great place to stay! Was in town for a few days and found this place to be perfect - close to Euston and St Pancras stations, lots of food places nearby, great breakfast at reasonable price available in cafe, comfy beds, lockers for each bed, big rooms - I could go on! Common room was handy as well. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to all.

The lock on the bathroom door was busted, as was the toilet seat. The shower was awkward to use, and the tempreature kept fluctuating between freezing cold and boiling hot. Other than that the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly, and helpful.

Exactly what I needed for an overnight stay in London before getting an early morning train from Euston. Comfy beds, clean. Got an en-suite with the room even though I hadn't booked one which was nice. Efficient check-in.

Hostel was great apart from the fact that you had to pay for wifi and there were not enough plug sockets in the room. Staff were great and very helpful, hostel is in a extremely good location and for central London the price is good!

Hello we enjoyed our stay, but it was a bit noisy. (Euston Road)

This hostel was great in all regards except that in my room (I was in a 6 person female dorm) a woman who I think was not entirely in possession of her mental faculties kept singing to herself quite loudly and woke everyone up in the middle of the night. She also talked to herself so I was unable to sleep and left very early in the morning as a result. I do not think this is the fault of the staff or hostel though, just a stroke of bad luck.

Cleaning staff took great acre with room, and the friendly 24hr reception gave great advice as to where to head for Indian late on a Sunday. Perfect location and very good facilities.

Great location close to St Pancras International train station and Kings Cross- could travel all around London from there, easy to navigate. Also within walking distance of the British museum. A little longer to West End, but I made it easily on foot.

I didn't particularly feel a warm welcome although it was helpful. I was rather disappointed with having to pay for all the extras particularly wifi also I didn't use it as it didn't reach my room. Staying in the cafe was a comfortable option however in all sincerity I wondered why there were so many 40-50+ people staying at a 'youth' hostel. Getting directions and information from the desk regarding London was great and so was the location. It suited me for the one night I needed.

Lovely friendly young people working there. Good service . Difficult to find a quiet place to sit-only one chair in dubble room. Could have asked about that but didn't. Very glad to sleep in room at back and not overlooking the street. As I am used to hostelling in Sweden I would have appreciated self-catering but i realise that this is an urban hostel more like a basic hotel. Excellent for exploring London. Great to live near that magnificent Station. Will be returning!

I really recognized that the security and the location is such important parts in choosing a hostel. this hostel is very convenient to reach the London St Pancras station. I think that I will use this hostel at the next time I come to London.
