The rooms were stinky, but were normal once windows were opened.

It´s my second time in this hostel and won´t be the last one. I´ve found my place in London. I loved it.

Decent hostel, clean and comfortable beds, staff are nice, good showers and great location. Wifi isn't very reliable and it's annoying that there's only one electrical socket in the rooms. I'd understand that they might not be able to change it but maybe I could suggest they put in an adapter so more than one person can use it? Also the sound of the bells is lovely

Very good location. Very clean. Friendly young staff. Huge building. Not a party hostel, unlike many of the other London hostels. I would stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at YHA St Pauls. Absolutely met all my requirements and exceeded my expectations. Close to two tube lines so getting around London was easy. Staff very accommodating to all my needs and helpful on all occasions I approached them. Easy to find the hostel. Nice area. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely recommend this hostel very highly.

It's clean and the location is excellent but it's shame there is no kitchen where we can cook our own food and we have to pay for the internet.

Good location, Avarage Staff, Good Beds, Good Shower. Cons: Lack of amosphere, Small Common Room for the size of the Hostel, during the night can be hard to find a place to sit and use the internet(EXPENSIVE-Internet). Not cheap hostel that you'll have to pay for ev'hing (Paid Internet, Paid Towel, Paid Breakfast, Paid energy plug adapter, Paid Lock-pad). NO KITCHEN. You may find better Hostels, but this isn't a bad Hostel. It's regular.

The rooms were clean and you can't beat the location for the money. Free wifi would have been nice.

Wifi was spotty. I was unhappy that even though I told the staff twice prior to arrival that I was traveling with my disabled mother, who uses a walker, and therefore we needed a room on a lower floor, no one ever said that the first floor was located at the top of two flights of stairs and an additional one to get to the lobby. If I had known this, I would have found another hostel. This fact made the stay entirely unpleasant for both of us.

This is an adequate hostel, comfortable beds, enough space in the rooms, hot strong showers, good location and pretty quiet for central London. In terms of friendly atmosphere or character it's completely non-existent but if you just need to crash for a night it's perfect.

One of the best YHA hostels in london, has character, is social but not annoyingly loud, centrally located and nice and clean :) Fantastic idea to have the option of a cooked breakfast for under 5 pounds.

Overall clean, friendly, secure, good atmosphere...only negative point was the showers being spread out on different floors.

Brilliant location. Beds are solid and comfortable. Dormitory was roomy enough to swallow lots of luggage. Staff were helpful.
