It is a hostel for families; Do not expect atmosphere for young adults. And the wifi is not good, so instead of hanging out in the hostel, get lost in the beautiful streets of Manchester and walk along the canals. Also check out the library.

A nice, clean hostel with friendly staff. Lockers in the room were a plus. Only issues were that the room was quite small so the bunk beds are very close together, the ensuite bathroom was small as well and water got everywhere when someone had a shower, and there was no wifi in the rooms.

I booked this hostel for my cousin, she'd never been to the UK before and had to spend one night alone in Manchester. She was delighted with her first Hostel experience, told me staff was really friendly and helpful.

Brilliant hostel in a great location. Had a very comfortable visit and the rooms were very clean. Only minor comment is that the 4 bed dorm room only had one electric socket, but at least there were plenty in the lobby to use.

Intented to book for two nights, but it was fully booked. So took a night instead, and upon arrival I managed to get a room for the second night. I was very happy. Promiximity to city is about 20 minutes walk.

Fantastic hostel, great value for money and really friendly staff. The room was cramped but clean and modern and had a nice detached toilet and shower with lockers (bring your own lock)

Awesome staff!!!! Little bit out of the way, but also means it's a little bit more quiet at night. Very nice bedding and facilities, clean. Any problem and staff will be on it righ away. Restraunt right on site. Laundry room, kitchen. All seemed nice. Wifi but only in lobby. I would recommend.

It was fine for a night to stay on a budget. It wasn't quiet though due to some work on the canal and a generator going all night which was annoying. It was clean and friendly though and in a nice part of town.

Cheap and good hostel. Definitely recommend.

I like all things except the WiFi and the reading lamp next to bed. WiFi connection was very good, but it's only accessible in the lobby not in the room. Reading lamp next to my bed wasn't working.

Beautiful hostel by the canal. The rooms were fairly clean, and the little café downstairs is nice to have. The location is okay...definitely a bit of a walk from the city center.

Friendly staff, proper english breakfast, clean rooms. Bathroom fan is loud if you arrive late you are guaranteed to wake up the others, and bring your own lock for the lockers.

perfect place

Very good beds Coffee at the bar

I was very happy with my stay here. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding. The place was super clean and a lovely short walk to the city centre. I would most certainly recommend this place to anyone!! Amazing value for money!!!! Thumbs up from me

Helpful staff, small kitchen but facilities as expected for the price. Good location, close to a main tram station. would recommend to others. Also, ignore reviews referring to pay to use WiFi, it is now free.
