YHA Napier Reviews

Very friendly comfy hostel, we enjoyed our stay. Although there are no ensuite facilities there are plenty of bathrooms near the bedrooms. Situation near the town centre which means some traffic noise but not excessive.

The hostel is very close to the main street on across the road from the sea, so very well placed. Reception was very helpful with my queries.

Excellent service, and great staff, all in all a very pleasent stay!

My room was really very small. It was quite noisy although I had specified when booking that I did not want a room on the street.

Wonderful place,new facilities, fresh, clean and effective staff

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Super comfy mattresses, bathrooms were clean, the place had character and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Location was perfect and Napier is super cute! The staff were incredibly helpful. Can not say a bad thing about this place. I wish more places were this awesome!

Really great hostel unfortunately traffic was a bit noisy and the beds a bit hard, notwithstanding this I can throughly recommend the place.

Great location - across the road from the beach, friendly staff. Dorms available for 2 pple, works out cheaper for a couple than the twin room online. Near to bars, cafes & shops. Place was clean.

If there was an excellant plus for location this YHA in Napier should get it. I woke up in the morning to the most fantastic view of the sunrising. It was breath taking.

The Global Gossip was a bit expensive and was not working probebrly and then They didnt answer the phone..... The check desk where really good with it!
