I would emprove with: - putting a bin into the bathoroom - adding a extra hook in the bathroom - adding a little table or whatever surface in the bathroom to place our stuffs on (bathroom is out of the room and every time you want to have a shower you have to carry all your things, but there are no surfaces to place them on!)

The atmosphere was somewhat strange. With no proof, I had doubts that this hostel was used by local Italians as a sort of permanent accommodation. Also no cooking facility, no wifi.

-they didn't want to refound my money for a cancelled reservation,Difficult to reach by foot at night, espeacialy if yiou are a girl alone,I had to take a taxi that was expensive so the price for staying at this hostel was too much for me,but I can't complain about the conditions offered.

There was extreamly cold in the hostel. No light in the shower. Fungus in the room. We had some troubles with communication with staff in English. Poor wifi connection (impossible to connect in the room). We found some sheets in the room - looked like the previous visitor had forgotten to gave them back and it wasn`t cleaned. The big plus was that every single room has it own "bathroom box" with hot water.

Nice plae but it was annoying to ask the key for everything, want to go bathroom? need a key, want to go refrigerator? ask the key, then leave for the day, your need to leave the key at the counter. There is not so much to do in Modena. I had problem with internet, the first lady just told I know other have problem too, then the lady the second day gave me a new password and problem solve.
