It's far from town so if you are taking public transportation, I don't recommend it. Internet was £1 for 20 minutes our £5 for 24 hours unless you are a member. The price was high compared to other places I've stayed in that are compatible rooms but they also included free breakfast and internet.

Although the YHA is a bit out of the way, 2 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, there is a convenient bus route which can take you to town in a reasonable amount of time. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are small, but clean, and the grounds around the hostel are beautiful.

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The staff were helpful. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Thought the showers should have had a curtain or something to divide the showering area off. There is plenty of space for a changing area but because there is no divider water from the shower goes everywhere unnecessarily. Otherwise lovely hostel.

Breakfast was very good except for the coffee which was awful. Good coffee is very important to start the day.

If you are looking for an hostel where sleep and stay calm and peacefully, it's a very good place, but the really bad thing is the location, you will need to walk for 40 minutes to reach the hostel. Before going learn where is it, because you will need it to know how to reach it. In spite of that, the place and the hostel is really lustrous.

It`s a nice hostel but very far from the city centre. I would advise that in the very reservation paper they should tell about the bus transport from centre to hostel and its schedule as well. If you go to theatre, you can come back only by taxi. Yet taxis are not so expensive. I thank the receptionists- very kind and helpful!

We were sorry we had just booked for the one night for a stop over on a longer journey! Will hopefully be back for a proper explore of the area. The hostel was clean, the staff courteous and facilities great. On site restaurant/bar very good and reasonable. Would recommend this hostel to anyone.
