Teeny tiny double room, just fit a bed in and a small walk way around the sides. Kitchen small for the size of the hostel and closes at inconvienent times, this included the bathrooms too, which started off with a mixed bathroom and a girls bathroom but later merged into two mixed bathrooms. The owner and the staff (apart from one girl cleaner) were lovely and very helpful in finding the cheapest ways to do things around Taupo. Really cool little place. The girls that work on reception were real nice and helpful. They sorted various trips out for us which were a real blast. Slightly frustrating that the lounge and kitchen shut at 12 but overall good value for money, would definitely stay there again ;) Really cool little place.
