This place is great, clean, friendly staff always willing to help. Right in the city, but not noisy at all. And the supermarket is across the street.

Went for a boys weekend to watch the Mighty All Whites qualify for the World Cup. Was in a 4 bed dorm with ensuite. Clean and in a good location. Would stay again. He's big, he's bad, he's better than his dad, Rory Fallon, Rory Fallon.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good to do bookings, really considering all for you without asking. Rooms were good, handy to have seperate lights for all beds.. Location very near Te Papa museum. There is a good indian/malay restaurant around the corner, only $10 for take-away curry. For people who like cheap cd's...in cuba street there is a good store called "groovy"...great supply and damn cheap.

More wall hooks in the ensuite bathroom would be helpful.

YHA is very good located, near airport bus stop and city of Wellington. But we have problem with our room card, every day we have to go to reception to activate it, we don't know why. On our last day we couldn't leave our baggage in YHA- all lockers were ocupated.
