their staffs are not very kind and not very patient and the breakfast is the worst one for the hostels i had ever stayed! and the location is not very convenient for taking the boat to the islands. Helpful staff, gets very hot when windows left closed in the day, mosquitos around. Close to metro station for easy access to rest of Naples but thankfully it isn't in city centre - that place is nuts! Has a terrace, nice to sit and eat on. View of Vesuvius! Our room was disappointing - the floor had hair,dust and crumbling walls. No fan and in 32 degrees - they even provide these in India so i'm not sure why they don't have them in Italy - or just this hostel. People very friendly though and helpful. Beautifull scenery, but the walk uphill is difficult, especially with luggage. Staff is mostly pleasant and helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily but look old and used. The room was filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. Everytime someone showered, it flooded the bathroom and the whole room. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, the staff unhelpful, the breakfast miserable, and the other guests were equally dull.The room was filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. great hostel, excellent location and even a cafeteria with dinner in the hostel! had to pay 3.50 and hour for internet and when our sink broke they waited until the next day to fix it, but overall a good place and i would stay there again.great hostel, excellent location and even a cafeteria with dinner in the hostel! had to pay 3.50 and hour for internet and when our sink broke they waited until the next day to fix it, but overall a good place and i would stay there again....Close
