this hostel was extremely noisy, i know its queenstown but being 10 minutes out i expected it to be quieter. i also had the worst room, no.6, which was right next to the stairs and just above the kitchen. when the noise finally died down, they decided to vacuum, at 3am!!
there was finger marks on the walls, and make up spattered everywhere.

The staff was very friendly n helpful and the toilet was very clean. Yet, embarrassment may result as the shower room/ toilet on the 3/F was for both men n women; It could be better if separate shower rooms could be arranged for each sex.The staff was very friendly n helpful and the toilet was very clean.
