A written statement regarding switching off mobile phones overnight so as to not disturb other guests would be helpful.
Very central and clean hostel. Only downsides were check-in, as it took really long and there was not a great atmosphere in the evening - no real bar, could not sit outside after 10pm.
At first I wasn't impressed, bit it grew on me slightly over the three days. Quite a large hostel with more of a hospital vibe than a hostel. Maybe just Switzerland and I have been spoiled in all other countries. The staff are mostly nice and helpful (as in they'l answer your question but probably not offer you any guidance), but one morning I got some real bad attitude from the french breakfast lady (not what you need when french train strikes have you stranded)
Stayed in two different 8-person dorms. It was pretty cramped in one of them. (They had two bunk beds next to each other, so it's like you're sleeping next to a stranger.) Bathrooms were very clean and pleasant. The kitchen facilities had everything you might want (fridge, plates, utensils, stove, sinks). There were a fair number of older people staying at the hostel, so it wasn't exactly a party atmosphere.
Nice, clean and quite new hostel. free locker available with limited time for luggage.
Great hostel. Girls on the front desk are awesome and super helpful. Beds are way too close together! Had a snoring Pakistani male send me deaf ALL night. Also, for the price of the hostel, a continental breakfast wouldn't go astray, rather than the 6CHF they wanted!
Found this a really nice hostel. Very close to the train station, only about four blocks in a straight line. The whole place was very clean and organized, including the kitchen. The range works! Always exciting in a hostel. There were very large lockers for every bed, big enough for most luggage, which was nice. On check in they give you a free pass for trams and buses in the city for the duration of your stay, which is a nice perk.
I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. I had had some doubts, if it had been a good idea, but yes, it was! The shared bathroom and toilettes were very clean, the toilette-paper folded in a triangle on my arrival. And the room: it was a WOW effect. No hostel feeling. Toblerone chocolate on my pillow, towels, soap, slippers, bathrobe, good wifi, silence. What else could I have wished? Located near to the station, which means near to the historical center, too. (On foot about 15 min.)

I liked it a lot, great location and friendly staff. Nice areas for making new friends. There is even lockers downstairs for you if you leave later that day after check-out and still want to wander around the city. For this time of the year it was quiet but I can imagine in the summer there'll be more people and perhaps two showers for the entire level may be too little. Showers and facilities are great though, can't complain. :) Thanks!
One of the best hostels ever.

Very close to Main train station. Good location. Price not included the breakfast, but they have a big and clean kitchen, so you can cook and service yourself. Staff is really helpful, she help me to find a restaurant to eat fondue. Room is tidy, and big lockers too. Good individual bathrooms. Great Value.
