Stayed in a single bed room, it could've used some colour. Bit of traffic noise but never too bad. Bathroom was modern and clean, the kitchen small and outdated. Nothing much going on but fine to sleep off your jet lag.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. Glad you found our Bathroom to be modern and clean. We aim to be comfortable and affordable, a simple a basic accommodation, including colours and the furniture. We are nestled in the heart of Auckland City Centre and unfortunately outside noise is out of our control. We have 2 kitchens in our hostel and both are going to be renovated very soon. The YMCA Auckland is a nice friendly place to stay. It s not located right in the city center , but its worth a 20 minutes walk to waterfront and the ferries, if I consider the very god value I got for my money ! A clean comfortable room and even the shared restrooms were cleaned pevery day properly ! Only the self/service kitchen was a little small - but since I had it almost on mt own it was no problem either. I can recommend this place ! N.B.
