When we arrived at the hostel, they had no idea about our reservation, and they didn't give us a room. They said that they have nothing to do with Hostelworld. They also gave me a letter saying that they got an e-mail from hostelworld, but they never reply and that they havent received any payment. The letter is signed by Mr Princilg Vibin.
