I would not recommand this property to any tourist and visitors unless you are ready to have an acomodation reserved for homeless people. It was so dirty that I couldn't even stay for a night to find another accommodation. I had to ask for refund right away (loosing money) and walking door to door of "Hotels" to find a accommodation. It was a disaster. Do not book this "social dirty disaster accommodation" that they call it a Hotel. It doesn't even look like a backpacker.

Some of staff very friendly but some very arrogant, lazy and highly unfriendly. Bad service attitude: take it or leave it... Too many street people on premises gave atmosphere of dull house. I felt treated like a convicted person not as a paying guest

Toilets and corridors smelling of urine is a definite turn-off and not acceptble. Remember you are competing against other hostels/backpack places that are cheaper.

My six day stay was ok, however the nights were very noisy, a lot of door banging was going on but besides that I felt safe and secure and would come back.

It did not feel like a safe environment, especially arriving at night with strange people roaming the hallways. The lock on my door was broken which meant that I couldn't lock it. Unfortunately not a pleasant stay.

This is the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. Everything dirty, equipment (lights) not working, construction work ongoing with facilities being closed (2 floors to the nearest restroom), place is smelly and rotten and not worth a single dollar. That´s why I cancelled my second stay. Never again!

Ticks all the boxes but that's about it. Cheapest place for a single in the city. Old building, some weirdos but I'd stay there again. No one too bad. Good location. Only one lift was working and I was on the 11th floor. That was kind of a pain.
