Notes:
The hostel is by the Macalister street, don't follow misleading direction on the map on their own website!
15-20 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket (Giant) which is in the NE side of the junction of Anson and Burma streets. A KFC fast food is also there.
Junction of Perak and Macalister (2 minutes walk) is a good place to catch a bus towards Komtar, and Burma street is a place to catch a bus to Batu Ferringhi.

It was a bit far out of the way to get to the main sights you had to figure out the bus or get taxi's and the beds were rock hard. It was probably just the weekend we were there but very hard to sleep with the noise from the road. But the staff and facilities couldn't be faulted, just poor location!! Only coffee was supplied in the rooms but no Tea. I dont' drink coffee.
