Ya Zhu Hotel Reviews

A very basic hotel that was good value for money and in a great location. Some of the staff were very helpful and others were quite rude. Staff spoke very little or no English which made it difficult to communicate or ask questions. We were in a room with no window which we were not expecting. The room and shower were clean and acceptable

Not bad overall. The staff doesn't have a clue how the Hostelworld bookings work. I got there and they weren't expecting me, but they were pretty good about it. If I didn't speak Chinese it would have been very difficult staying there. Still, a good value for the price. I had a private twin room.

No wifi, dirty rooms, a maze to find your room and only one lift. We only stayed one night and got our money back for the rest the next morning. At least they were kind enough to not hassle us with that. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Only 1 from staff speaking English. Also the cleaner entered my room while I was sleeping, which woke me up, but even after telling her to leave the room she pretended not understanding me and continued staying in there, despite the fact of me laying on the bed. And after no excuses from none of them. Also the usual rooms don't have windows, so if you want one with window, should take special and more expensive rooms. But the rest was ok, especially the location that just near subway.
