Perfect location in the center of it all. Nice, English-speaking staff. I was a little worried about the noise level (a main road is nearby) but this was no problem. The room interior is sort-of traditional (within a modern building) but it is still budget,-style, of course.

stayed there for 2 nights and had a great time. the staffs were very nice and and some of them can speak English. Location just less than 10 minute-walk from Shinsaibashi area and train station. Don't for get to try Kimono for free and take photos!! Love it there!! ^^

This was the cheapest yet by far the loveliest place we stayed in all of Japan. Authentic, friendly and really beautiful. Full of charm and character.

quite good place and the location is super central. the room is clean and they would set the bed for you even! basically it is a hotel standard. they would let you try the kimono for free. would recommend it to my friends who don't mind paying a little bit more but get a better service and better location!

Very comfortable rooms, with great staff, at the best location in Osaka. The price is not cheap, but fair. The internet is only acessible at the lobby, and not very stable, that being my only point for improvement. The room I stayed in was japanese style, which was awesome by the way.
