it was a decent place to stay in an interesting town but i felt the kitchen could have been cleaner and better organised, the fans in the rooms were loud and annoying too. However the staff were fantastic, friendly and they gave me a lift to maclean at 7.30am so i could catch my bus which was very good of them.

Nice hostel. Good value for the money and nice rooms. Elevators were good. Kitchen could have been little bigger and not enough tables if it´s getting busy

If you looking for parties this is not the place but if you want to relax and meet a really nice staff this is the place. Family owned and ruled hostel. The staff was one of the best i met while my stay in Australia. You must have some surf lessons with Shane and also go with him on his tour. They have some activities going on every day and night at the hostel. The bar of the hostel is really good serving cold beer and good food. There are locker in the rooms. The internet is payed.

Make sure you have time to extend your stay because you won't want to leave. Number 1 place from my stay in Australia.

The Kitchen is not nearly big enough for such a huge hostel. Dishes, pots and pans are also missing. The common room is nice, the rooms have lockers, the facilities are modern and mostly clean and the city is also not far away. Directly after arriving the cleaners threw away my food-bag. I was only reimbursed for for my cell-phone charger (which was in the bag), but not for the food.
