About
YAMBI is where travelers retreat, digital nomads reboot, and everyday feels like a creative retreat in nature's co-working space. Wake up to the songs of birds and breathe in the rich aroma of Rwandan coffee. No dry toast and margarine here, you’ll feast on creamy Cappuccinos, veggie soups, home made sorghum bread, fresh fruits, detox juice, pancakes, eggs, chocolate cake, and more. Kick back in hammocks or just vibe in our lush tropical garden. From yoga stretches at sunrise to bonfire stories under the stars, Yambi is built for soul reboots.

At YAMBI, we believe in creating a sense of community. As part of our commitment to giving back, we invite our guests to participate in our monthly 'Umuganda' community works. This provides a unique opportunity to volunteer in activities such as cleaning or building bridges and homes in our village, fostering a sense of connection and unity. Additionally, we regularly host film screenings and documentaries that offer insights into African and global history, culture, and politics, serving as a platform for guests and hosts to engage and share their perspectives.
We provide tours in Rwanda and the region (Uganda, Congo, Tanzania and Burundi). They include group safaris, gorilla tracking, volcano climbing, coffee or tea plantations and inter cultural excursions (basket weaving, beer making, pottery, cooking lessons etc.)
