Fine hostel, but its placed in the turistic zone where everything is SO expensive. I think the price is too high when not even breakfast is included. And i found out that the hostel over-charges ridiculesly when it comes to tours. I found out that I had paied double price for a tour than the others i went with who had booked the tour through an other agency. Arrived early in the morning and reception (supposed to be open at 7) was only opened at 8:30. Very frustrating when your bus got in at 5am and you told the hostel you would be arriving at 7am. Other than that, basic bunks in the dorm, relatively clean bathrooms. Lighting in the room was very low so it can be hard to see.Arrived early in the morning and reception (supposed to be open at 7) was only opened at 8:30. full of character. not in the center of town (a good and a bad thing, i suppose). you feel as if you\'re out in the jungle a bit, especially when eating at the restaurant upstairs. you might actually get a better price just by showing up. we reserved through this website and ended up paying more. this place really has a cool atmosphere, though. probably geared towards the younger set a bit more what with a dj in the restaurant, pool table and xbox downstairs. the rooms themselves are quiet.full of character. not in the center of town (a good and a bad thing, i suppose). you feel as if you\'re out in the jungle a bit, especially when eating at the restaurant upstairs. you might actually get a better price just by showing up. we reserved through this website and ended up paying more. this place really has a cool atmosphere, though. probably geared towards the younger set a bit more what with a dj in the restaurant, pool table and xbox downstairs. the rooms themselves are quiet....Close

Overall a nice place, kind of in the jungle vibe, but close enough to walk to the bus station. Table tennis, cable and xbox once you´ve done the ruins.Overall a nice place, kind of in the jungle vibe, but close enough to walk to the bus station. Nice location in trees - a little bit of a walk to get to main street and shops. A little difficult at times to figure out who actually worked there.Nice location in trees - a little bit of a walk to get to main street and shops. Not sure what the other comments were about as I thought the dorm rooms were fine. You can get cheaper beds in town but this is a nice place in the rainforest with good faclities etc so worth it in my opinion. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms nice and clean. There is internet, but only one computer with a keyboard that is fairly broken. Most of the time I was there, no one was manning the reception desk, and things did not get locked up at night, which made me concerned about security for the one night I stayed. There was also a lot of marijuana use.The beds were comfortable, and the rooms nice and clean. There is internet, but only one computer with a keyboard that is fairly broken.
