Other than the requirement for new sheets and a lick of room interior paint, the hostel and accommodation on offer went down well. We stayed there for two nights. Friendly staff. Good fast and free internet. I WOULD go back when in Hong Kong again. Tks

The hostel was okay. Not good, not bad. Location was good, very near the subway. Some staff were nice enough, but 1 was very rude. The room (Triple private) was very small, from what I can tell this is the norm for Hong Kong. The beds were small (the 3rd bed, a trundle, couldn't be pulled all the way out from under the other bed) but comfortable. The cleanliness was ok, no major problems but the room could do with a through cleaning. Overall it was small, but satisfactory.

The pictures we saw online were very misleading! The bed was REALLY small: I am 1.74m and it was a bit uncomfortable at times. The bathroom is REALLY tiny, you literally shower over the toilet but it was fairly clean. The staff were unfriendly but we did get a smile out of the lady later. It is close to the MTR-about 5min walk but there isn't really much to do in the area around the hostel. It wasn't an atrocious experience but wouldn't stay there again.

frankly was disappointed when first given a dirty room with 2 extremely tiny beds. window is broken, toilet is dirty, bed sheet is thin and dirty also. building is far from receptionubhe.but staff was good and changed a better room for us. becasue of this i give "average" review for this, otherwise i'll give a bad one cause i have to say this one is one of those "very out of my expection".

The location was perfect in Causeway Bay. Great and shopping and dining! However, i am not sure if it is just the winter wet season in Hong Kong but the apartment was VERY damp/wet. We found that the bed/matress was pushed up against the window and the window had condensation/water running down the wall which was soaked up by the matress which meant the bed and pillows were very wet. We changed the bed covers but it was still VERY damp. Also the towels after shower cannot dry because no heater.

The private room are in another building, 02 metro stops far from the main offices, no problem at all because one staff person take me and pay the taxi, the room has a little window for ventilate and air condition equipment Everything is good, except cleanliness in shared bathrooms could be better althought always depends the roomates level cleanliness.

Easy to find location near the center of HK island - quick access to subway system. Clean & friendly staff. Good vibe from fellow travelers. Rooms have thin walls, so expect a bit of noise and lack of privacy. But overall a great little hostel.

The rooms and the building are very clean but the walls between rooms are too thin so we can hear anything next door (people talking and snoring). The location is very strategic, It's also so close to MRT station.

Sover th chinese new year so hostel was understandably busy. Went as a party of 3, all put in the same room for the 1st 3 nights - room was clean and secure and staff very helpful on the desk. Last 2 nights, 2 of us were put in 1 room and 1 in the other which isnt what we were expecting and a little annoying. One of the rooms was nice and fine but the other absolutely stank.

A communal sink and bathroom would have been nice, although technically our room was "en suite" we needed a bit of counterspace, a few simple plates, etc. to help with the cutting of fruit for out children. These things were avaiable last time but not this time in our new location. Simple things like that go a long way toward customer satisfaction.

Staff was generally unhelpful - my boyfriend and I were departing for the airport on the last day and we had quite a few luggage to carry to the A11 bus stop which was a minute away. However, one of your counter staff did only to contact the technicians but failed to get them and left it as that. When we asked them, both of them were at the desk and HAD NOTHING TO DO. But they conveniently pretended they didn't see our load and worked away. Very disappointing.

tis hostel is close to airport buses and subway, nice restaurants, shops, supermarkets all around, the building was much better than chongqing mansion, the room is clean and big enough for price.the only disadvantage is ,there s no tv in ur room, unless u going out all the time, honestly nothing to do but sleeping.still it s hongkong, will come back and stay again.

I have nothing to compare with but it seems to be cheap for HK standards. Quite noisy because of the traffic. Clean, basic.
