Quite a frustrating place to stay. Had to change floors after checking in and then checjing out. Slow annoying lifts. Didnt have a hostel feel with parents and children staying there yelling in the hallways late at night. Blow dryer in the hall is a stupid idea as every room can hear someone use it.

Everything is great except that the sheet got some stains.

100%AWESOME! Great time, great location, great staff. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying here again. The wall next to reception where you can sign and draw is a plus for youth hostel I like this concept. They do a good job of keeping it modern and clean. Except more than I cannot extend my stay coz they are full for 3 day There was a shortage of dorm rooms I suggest You built more dorm room.

Good location, clean rooms. Cleaning staff were very friendly. We had one front desk worker that was quite helpful our first day, but aloof at other times. Two other front desk workers were more interested in gossiping/surfing the internet than helping, and literally laughed at me when I asked if they had any available rooms for the weekend.

it's very easy to get to hong kong airport from this place. bus station is just downstairs. right above 7/11 with close distance to subway. only annoying this about this place is the elevator. it doesn't have both up & down button but just down button. room are clean with good shower. oh excellent WIFI in the ROOM (very important). staff is friendly if you are friendly to them.

Hopefully evacuations of the building don't happen to often. When we were evacuated Didn't no where to go or to meet, no evacuation plans, majority of people stood out the front of building having no idea what was happening as not one staff member was present explaining what was going on or what we should do especially as a majority of people were English speaking and could not communicate with locals. very poor and extremely dangerous

We booked a twin room, which was the tiniest and darkest I have ever seen. Bathroom was also very small considering that the shower had to be taken between the sink and the toilet. Although some staff was very friendly, reception staff was unfriendly and inefficient. We had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get our luggage back from the storage (with no explanation). We had to stay in another building than the one with the reception 5 minutes away. No breakfast is provided.

Pros: Good location Cons: - Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. They clean it once a week and you can see hair, urine, and grime all over the floor. - Air conditioning the room is very weak. Rooms were very hot, sweaty, and hard to breathe. - No room. If you sleep on the upper bunk, plan to sleep with you luggage. - Staff seems bored and lazy. Gives 1 word answers and more interested in browsing the Internet. - No central common room. Having nowhere to gather, visitors don't meet and hang out.

They don´t really care about you. Nobody cleaned the room and everybody have the room´s passwords. I asked for a explication about the cleanliness and the girl just told me that It was not my shift. I think that they may only want to make money

Although the location is little bit inconvenient, but the staff are nice that you can ask information that it's quite useful when you stay in HK.

Reasonably difficult to locate, but very well placed in the City. The price was a bargain given its location. Plenty of things to do and see nearby and staff were on hand to help whenever required. Rooms were very small, but given that space is at a premium in HK it's no surprise, although the shower directly above the toilet took a bit of getting used to. Would definitively recommend.

Some rooms are nicer than others. It's in the fortress hill area of town which doesn't have a lot going on, but it's a short walk to the metro. Their rooms are split between the 5th and 15th floor of the building. The rooms with windows have a pretty nice view.

The room was not clean when we moved in. Came back 4 hours later it was still the same. My bed was disgusting and I had to change the sheets by myself. Unfortunately they didn't have any blanket cover so slept without. I stayed in a lot of hostels booked on Hostelworls and for me this one is definitely overated.
