No real lounge area or chill out space to speak of. Reception staff were not overly friendly and helpful. A free breakfast would go a long way to make the stay a bit more value for money. The Californian bartender was the exception to the rule. Very outgoing and friendly, basically tried to get everyone drunk!

This was a fantastic place to stay. The double room was spacious and modern, with a decent sized bathroom and great shower. The room was immaculately clean, and the hostel has a great common area. The staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back next time!

This place was super clean, had nice facilities and my favorite feature was large luggage storage cabinets you could rent for 1 Euro. This really came in handy after we checked out and still had a whole day to hang out in Salzburg before we caught a night train. It is located in between the train station and the Old Town....wish it were a bit closer to the Old Town but no biggie. They had a decent breakfast and free WiFi.

This was a great place for us to stay as a couple. We shared a 4-bed room with a couple from Brazil, found everything very clean and nice, likely due to the recent renovation. The only issue may be noise: we were on the third (shared room) floor, and could still hear the people in the bar on the main floor, which would definitely be a problem if you are a light sleeper and staying on one of the lower floors. Overall, we really enjoyed our 2 nights there!

I expected less for the money and therefore I was positively surprised. Room was clean, bathrooms were clean. The card locker system that was also the roomdoor lockcard was great. Staff was nice and helpful, we did not need much information but they were always receptive. I could leave my valuable things in the closed locker. Buffet breakfast was very nice and more than reasonable for the price. And Salzburg is a really beautiful city. So I can only recommend the city and Yoho hostel. Thanks Yoho

Really fun place to stay! Bikes to rent, movies to watch, and plenty of beer to drink.

Great hostel, very easy to find- they had fantastic English directions to get to the location. Easy access to the sights of the town. Staff was very helpful. The bar was loud at night but that's expected in a hostel! Breakfast was pretty good in the morning- all in all, a great place to crash for a couple of nights!

Great hostel! Super clean, lockers in the (spacious) room big enough for my bag, beds are a good size so you're not cramped and they're comfy, and the showers... Heaven! In the showers there is a place for your stuff so it won't get wet, the water is hot, and there were four hair dryers in the bathroom I was using - brilliant. Free wifi in the room. Breskfast is not free, and probs not worth the €3.50, but it's easy. There is a TV room that plays Sound of Music every night, and a great bar

We stayed at the YoHo for two nights. We ended up booking a different room for each night because the one that was cheaper was only available one night. /When we changed rooms for the second night we could figure out why that room was more expensive. Pretty much the same set up but it had more people in it. Not sure why the pricing was so different. Breakfast was good and over all it was a really nice place to stay.

You can't get WIFI in the rooms which really sucks. You have to take your sheets down to the front before getting your deposit back - not my job.

3rd o 4th stay.Very nice. Way out of control 18 year old "rockers" from Estonia loud enough to have the Yoho shut down. Hope not.

The staffs are kind. The environment is clean. But if they set a store room for luggage, it will be better.

Great showers, comfy beds, mostly nice and helpful staff, all around clean and simple and nice. Dinner was overpriced for being filling but not that great, otherwise can't complain. Wouldn't recommend the Panorama tours unfortunately, but maybe it was just timing and the ones I picked.

10 minute walk from train station, 10-15 minute walk to the sights. Pleasant staff, clean rooms/linens. Guests from all ages there - but English is the dominant language spoken, from our experience. Very quiet at night (and we were there on a holiday weekend). Breakfast is meager - we'd suggest you find it somewhere else.

Great hostel! The rooms were very spacious and clean. Also the lockers locked with the room key and that was fantastic.

Normally, the hostel is nice. But they got some problems for our rooms and took long time to deal with them.....
