Great staff, clean room and close to Kannai station.

Our room was alright size wise and it was clean. Deco and amenities were crappy. The wallpaper was stained yellow from cigarette smoke ( but it didn't really smell like it). Our tv would not turn on and all other amenities cost extra. To adjust room temperature or use the bedside lamp, we had to insert our room key and a 1000¥ bill. The cost for the room is low as long as you don't want to be comfortable or entertained. Luckily there are many places to go to nearby.

Isezakicho Washington hotel is a business hotel like many others, nothing particularly outstanding about it. The location is good, staff was cordial. We stayed in a 2 twin bed room. The beds and the room itself were tiny, but it was clean. Overall ok value for money.

The room had a strong tobaco smell, absolutely unaceptable, disgusting. Anywhere, the room, the bathroom and the blankets smelled this way. But that wasn´t all, you can´t open the window to let the fresh air come inside; windows are just locked. Absolutely disgusting.
