This hostel and its staff are very rude and I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay in Xian. I booked 3 nights here through hostelworld, payed my deposit and received confirmation. When I arrived in Xian and called for a pick up from the train station, they told me that all the rooms were full. I told them that I had booked online through hostelworld and had already paid a deposit. They told me I should find somewhere else to stay, made no apologies, offered no help, and hung up on me.
