Property Information:
Your home in Amsterdam is situated on the third and fourth floor and has a french balcony overlooking the gorgeous Canal. This means that you should take precautions as access for the elderly and handicapped impaired is difficult.
There are two large bedrooms upstairs with double beds in each and there´s an option for a double airbed in the living area downstairs. The master bedroom has a TV in it. Sheets, bed linen and blankets are provided.
With brand new fixtures the guest bathroom can be found in the hallway. The shower/bath tub is separate and towels will be provided.
The kitchen is large, fully equipped and has a dining table with seating.
On the ground floor (street level) there´s a really nice lunchroom where they serve breakfast and lunch.

Late check in fee of 25 euros after 20:00
Late check in fee of 50 euros after 22:00
Cleaning fee of 50 euros due upon arrival
Check- out by 11:00
Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash or credit card + expenses.
