Really good, second time we stay in this hostel

It's my first time to stay in a hostel during travel. Great experience! The hostel is located at a famous tourism spot, Zeng Cuoan. Convenient transportation to Gu langyu and the beach.

No English spoken, which sometimes made communication really difficult. One of the receptionists wasn't helpful at all when asked about buses from Xiamen to Guangzhou (via phone with a Chinese speaking person!). The area is very quiet and relaxing, full of different stalls to eat something and bars to have some drinks. Close to the sea and well communicated. Perfect location for someone who wants to stay away of big cities for a couple of days.

fantastic hostel. I was there in low season so it was a bit quiet, but had a whole 4 man dorm to myself. Only bad thing was the construction directly outside my window that began at 7am sharp every morning. Not terrible but eh... When i got there I was immediately taken out to dinner by one of the hosts, and had some wonderful dumplings down the street. Great place, would def stay here again.

This hostel is perfect, calm, quiet, a lot of character and the staff is nice! I really hesited before to leave a good review because i didnt to share this nice place.... ;_) Only one negative point : the staff dont know a lot of information about xiamen, the transportation....
