Soap, Shampoo, Towel and drinking water should be complimentary. Outdoor security from hostel to main station is need to improve. It is very important.

Highly recomended to stay: great location, very clean and a nice palce to stay on a very resonable price, with a good continental breakfast. I felt safe, really nice common areas, friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was super helpful and the location was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram, 5 minutes later in the center of town. PERFECT LOCATION to be out of the croud.

A very nice place to stay in. The staff are frinedly and help with your queries. It is very near a metro station and just 5 stops to the city centre :)
