Youth Hostel Dubrovnik Reviews

This place was so loud we got no sleep. There was no air con in rooms, was bloody hot! No wifi either. Location not too bad, 10 min walk to old town.

I found the staff at this hostel to be great however I found the hostel itself to be a little bit depressing. The rooms, while comfortable and clean, were a little drab and dated. I would have liked to had a locker. The free internet access was a good point though. The location is about 20 minutes walk to the old town, along a very scenic route, however there are cafes, shops and a bakery and some little beaches closeby. The lower cost makes it more better value than a city center hostel anyway!

It's a good hostel and it is 10 minutes walk from the centre of dubrovnik. It's a big hostel with not so much contact with other people. In the hostel is a balkon as common area.

Very clean. Bit of a walk from old town. But once u Know where it is it's a fairly easy walk.

The building reminds me of a large dormitory - it's very basic and without much 'common space' or character. It's clean, beds are comfy and sturdy and I like that it's about 4 to a room so the rooms don't feel overcrowded. There are lots of stairs! But I think walking uphill and up tons of stairs is just part of being in Dubrovnik! I's affordable and basic. The only issue really is the fact that there is no wireless internet! I mean, come on - every other hostel/apartment we stayed in had it.
