It is not really near the train station S.M. Novella. They should not write that in their website. You have to walk a long road to see the nice things in historical centre. Piazza Michelangelo is near and good to go there by bus. The place is clean, that is nice. The people are kind.

Single room was actually a double room and it was very nice. Very quiet place, I felt like I was the only visitor there. There was a small breakfast and vending machines with good selections. City center was a longish 20min walk away but also nicely reachable by bus. There is a food stand nearby where you can get excellent late night snacks :)

Very nice room with private bath. Room was cleaned and given new towels every day. Staff was very helpful with giving us directions. Pretty close to the main sites. The included "breakfast" is just pastries in a bag but nice that they include that.

It was clean and quite spacious. The staff members are very helpful with excellent suggestions for restaurants, getting around on bus and getting to the airport. We thorougly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when we return to Florence. Eva Major-Marothy

Worked with me on the problem of having to leave early still awaiting the email about the voucher for the night I didn't get to spend there. Friendly and informative on directions.

The hostel's name, at a first glance, suggested me another kind of service, with beds available individually. However, we had to book for a room, and not for a bed. I also expected a 24h opened reception. Anyway, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff very gentle.

I only stayed one night, so my opinion about other items could be poor, but In that little opportunity I had a trouble and they were so helpful that I would like to point out that fact. I lost my camera in a taxi, and they called all the taxi companies that exist in Firenze to help me found it and were very supportive, and didn't charge me for their help, like others hostels could do. Beside, the staff was very kind all the time. The only thing negative is that the reception isn't 24hrs open.
