don't expect alot from 14 euro per night, excellent location just 5 min walking to train station and trams, average facilities, wifi only in the bar and don't open all sites, but its good for money recommended for budget travellers

The staff were cool, thanks:)

Easy walk to main train station, city center, red light district, etc. Terrible atmosphere in the bar which is the only place in the entire building with wifi and outlets. Showers and bathrooms are pretty grimy.

Just one thing, the Wifi doest work on the bedroom. But there is a good hostel.

I had a great time there. It was simple but it was the necessary.

Will definitely come back. Only problem with this hostel is that there are no plugs in the rooms to charge phones and there's only internet at the bar. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here as a group of 8 and booked out an 8 bed dorm on the top floor, which had an excellent view toward the train station and over the canals which was an excellent surprise! The location is perfect a 5min or less walk to the train station and the rest of Amsterdam is at your doorstep. Was excellent location for the price.

Good location. I was suprised for receptionist David

Excellent location, close to many bars and restaurants. Not a huge fan of the security system; you have to show a piece of paper with your name on in it to get in and there are no locks on the dorm doors. Breakfast was pretty decent for the price. The price was pretty good considering how expensive the rest of Amsterdam is. Overall it's a good, clean hostel - would come back/recommend.

Really nice place for your stay in Amsterdam... Friendly staff, clean and central. Two euros for a big strongbox where we could put three of our suitcases, 2.50 euros for a nice breakfast (three bread slices, one cheese slice, butter, jam, one boiled egg and tea or coffee).

Hostel ok,good location but one of the things i didn't like there's no kitchen and if you bring a drink from outside like from supermarket you are not allowed to drink at common area wich is the bar

Oh man I loved this place. Its not the best if you're a super low budget backpacker, as there's no kitchen, but everything else was awesome. The beds were super comfy, sheets clean, bathrooms clean, and a very welcoming bar with the best prices in town on the ground floor. The location was especially great, and I'll return in a heartbeat.

Hated this hostel. I've stayed in a lot over the last 6 months traveling and this was one of the worst I've been to. Dirty, no keys to the room (just a piece of paper that lets you prove you're staying there), no lounge area except for the smokey bar, no kitchen (which for a budget traveler is key), and to top it off the water didn't work for a few hours during the day. Would not advise this place. Location was the only thing this place has going for it.

This hostel is of the city. From central train station 5-10 min by walking, from Red Light max. 5 min. by walking, from Dam square 10 min. by walking. The connection just works in the lobby. The staffs clean the hostel everymorning. When you compare the price with the others, it's nice hostel to stay. Next to river :)

Really great place. You can walk pretty much everywhere. Staff is nice and helpful, especially when you're not sure what to explore.

Ideal for a few days. The location is very very centrical and near the red light district but not recomended for quiet hollidays. 2 euros per locker, no kitchen, smoking área, good and cheap breakfast.
