The place looks like a old Hospital, with a bad and strange smell. It was just one plug for charging for 6 people in the room and the blanket wasn't enough for the cold during the night because it wasn't a warmer in the room. The staff wasn't too helpful, the guy didn't know to explain basic stuff about turistics activities that was offer at the reception. We didn't feel comfortable or safe at the room, or at the shared bathroom. I don't recommend.

The hostel does not have a nice feel about it, some staff were friendly but others were not. It is run in an old fashioned way -for example no one can be in their rooms between 10-2 , lockers are outside of rooms Could be so much better if and when it is upgraded and renovated Toilets very old and downstairs facilities( toilets) very poor

The best fitting word I've found to describe this hostel is 'bleak.' It is very basic, very unappealing, and terribly old fashioned. It is a depressing beginning to a trip to Milan. This does not seem to be unusual in terms of the general hostel standards I've heard of in Milan, however. My best advice would be to stay in the lovely Lake Como, and visit Milan briefly by train instead (1 hr each way, $4:60 each way), for a day or an afternoon.

Do not stay here! Shocking facilities, dirty bathrooms and bedrooms. It is near absolutely nothing and has a very unfriendly atmosphere!

Only one shower on my floor had a wall mount for the showerhead and only one toilet had a seat. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hostel wasn't as bad as I was expecting from the reviews. It's ok. The showers/bathrooms are a bit awkward and not as private as other big hostels. They give nice big lockers including the lock. It's like. 5 minute walk from a metro station.

Stayed in a twin room, very basic but didn't pay much for it. Only have a microwave on terms of kitchen facilities, but this suited me fine. 15 minute walk from huge supermarket and little shopping centre. Easy to get to centre by metro.

While the staff are friendly enough, it's just not worth it as an alternative form of accommodation for Milan. Pay the extra money and steer clear. Broken doors meant little security, showers are not ideally located and the whole atmosphere is very uncomfortable. Stained mattresses made us worry about bed bugs.

Left after 5 minutes. Worst hostel I've been to in 6 months of travel

Awful hostel! The woman at the desk is rude and very unhelpful. The showers are awful, there is only a shower curtain, no lock and people always leave the main door open so whoever is in te corridor can see you showering. The place is INFESTED with Mosquitos. It is noisy often until well past 2am. The toilets are disgusting and not cleaned regularly. The staff kick you out at 10-2 for 'cleaning' there is very little evidence of 'cleaning'. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
