Do you inform customers that bus 11 doesn't run on weekends, and stops around 10pm? No.

This hostel is very far out. The bus stop is the last one on line 11 and you still need to walk up the hill for about 10 min to get to the hostel. The reception staff was doing the minimum required and mostly they were grumpy/angry. Doors are really noisy! There is free breakfast and the price for a dorm (21€) pretty low. So it's good for saving money if you don't mind the bus ride and have the time for it. Otherwise I suggest getting something closer to the city. Good for camping /cycletouring.

Yeah! it is YHA!! And this YHA has some history things, the interior in the building was interesting! Even though it's far from station and city centre, it was worth to stay in here!

The hostel is situated about 700 metres away from the street; uphill! A bus towards the city departs nearby. The staff was very bored and unkind although we spoke Italian... The location however is more than beautiful!

Staffs are very bad not friendly. When i arrive there, they were smiling but after i paid money, it changed. I wanted some help to know visiting places. But their answer was'' we don't care what do you interested in.just walk in the city center.'' Also hostel's place is very far away from the city center.

The thing about this hostel is that it is not practical for backpackers who are staying for a few days in Florence. It is almost in Fiesole, somewhere like a countryside. It is perfect for those who are trying to stay away from the city. The place is beautiful, though, and very peaceful too. But, again, too far away from everything you wanna see in Florence.
