Please, do not stay here. It's worth your money to stay closer to the center. It's way up on a hill about 45 minutes walking distance from anything you'll want to see in Florence. The staff were rude, the facilities were not clean, and we didn't really feel that safe. We were going to stay two nights, but we cancelled our second night and got a hotel in the town center - it was worth it. It's not worth saving €15 euro staying here.

staff was very nice, didn't speak English but were very helpful.

Good price and well located to explore Florence from. However the wifi was down for practically all of our stay, and there was a accidental fire alarm on our first night at around 2am. These things do happen, however there was no real apology or reimbursement offered. In fact, the guests were yelled at for congregating when the fire alarm was set off which I thought was rather rude.

just don't go there

Just did not liked it.

AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL building and park! I stayed in the dormitory and in the camping aswell, and both were pretty ok for cleanness and organization. This hostel is pretty far from the center and from the train station, but decently connected by public service. The wifi is weak, but this is compensated by the emotion to read a book and relax in that architecture. Recommended.

Staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful.. The wifi was slow and stopped working for a day. There is no cinema, no restaurant and no cable TV. When the cleaners came into the room the only thing they touched was the bin. The only great thing about this hostel was the outside- beautiful fresh open gardens- a perfect place to relax. It is easy to get to the centre but very far away. The closest supermarket is a 15 minute walk away. The breakfast is very basic but not horrible. No air con.

Excellent stay!

The place is nice, free breakfast, they give us free shits for the bed, staff is friendly, bus stop is closed to the hostel But it is away from the city center, you have to pay for towels, internet access is only in the living room, there is no kitchen. Finally, i recomend this hostel because the place and staff are really nice, we don't need to spend all our time on the net and now prices are very low.

Perfect hostel, clean rooms, but far from centre of Florence

the Hostel is in a really beautiful old building!! i think that should be mentiond. Also a beautiful garden :) has everything one needs, but its far away..

The staff wasn't very nice and made us pay too much, the amount that was overpaid was given back on the last day thankfully. the breakfast is far from good and the hygiene of the bathroom and the beds was miserable. the showerroom smelled like fungus and the bed had stains all over. you do get new fresh sheets to cover them up though. the laundry survice was good (only 7 euro's). there was no kitchen to cook, but restaurans are cheap in florence :D. location: far. would never go again.

One of the worse hostels I have stayed in! When they say they have food available it's really a poorly stocked convenience store. The hall to my room wasn't lite after a certain time making walking to my room a scene from a horror movie! Also reception was never happy to help you, you are an inconvenience to them and they come off as utterly rude.

The worst Hostel I ever been. Not the best location and you have to walk 5-10 min from the street to the hostel. It was so dirty the bathrooms, the showers and the beds. There's not enough space in the main room for the whole people and I'm telling this because you don't have Internet in any place and if you have is only in the common room and so slow even for just the whatsapp. Not recommended.

The hostel is a little out of the city but I actually liked it because it was a nice break from the loud city atmosphere. The hangout areas on the porch were nice to meet people. Other than that it's basically like any other hostel.

The place is huge. Wifi is terrible. Everyone hangs out in the lobby because there are no outlets in rooms. Extremely hot, and dirty. College type showers with separation with just a curtain, so if you're shy, beware.People will see you naked. The walk from the bus stop to the hostel takes ages because it is a long dark road. Outside of hostel is a camp ground. People come in and out of hostel without question. Many campers used the facilities who were not even technically allowed. View is nice

Very very far from the center of the city. Relatively cheap but not really worth it. Breakfast was bland. The building has some interesting architectural features. Fun to roam around outside at night in the countryside.

I was rather disappointed in this hostel, mostly because of the staff. They all seemed to be very annoyed with the guests, especially with the English speaking guests, and were always very frank with their responses. The lady at the snack bar was quite mean. The showers were horrid. There was mold growing in the walls, the curtain was sticky and stained a strange red color, and it smelt like rotten eggs. Wifi only worked in the common room. No lockers in rooms. Breakfast was average. Beds okay.

For the price, this place is a great find in Florence! It is about 25 mins by bus to the center, but I liked being away from the busy part of the city where I could relax a bit. Staff was nice, everything was pretty clean. Free breakfast was very basic but still much appreciated. Not your typical hostel as the demographic is pretty varied, but I'd recommend staying if you want to explore Florence on a budget.

This the one of the best hostels. The staff was very good. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were comfortable. It is quite far from the main city but the location is really very nice.
