I feel like anyone can just go into the lobby without any keys, my guess is that Zell am See is a safe town and should not have any security problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were asking questions every days and they were unfailingly helpful and friendly. Great location on the lake.

this place gets bonus points for the really friendly staff, who knew heaps about what there was to do in the area. it is a good cheap place to stay and they do good breakfasts and dinners as well. it is about a 20min walk from the train station, but it was an easy flat walk along the lakeside

The Staff were so helpful and very kind. They go out of their way to help. They even offered to drive me to a bike rental center! And since I left early to catch a train, they also offered to pack a breakfast for me. Very hospitable and warm. Of course the view of the lake and the mountain is spectacular!
