The hostel has the best price in florence, and you do get a good service for what you pay for. 1) the cleaning time is a bit too long and kind annoying 10:00-16:00. 2) the free wine at night it's a great way to drink for free and get tonknow other travelers 3) The rooms are big and the bed is extra comfortable. 4) hot shower 5) wifi works perfectly, with a few exceptions whike using it in your room. 6) but the best thing about the hostel for sure is its location, very well located

First: the directions are wrong! Please get a map before you go everyone there got lost looking for it. The hostel is clean, no locks on the door but there is lockers. Lockout time of 10-4 is a bit much. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of Florence. Free pasta and wine nights were great for getting everyone to mingle. Two bathrooms for the whole place caused a bit of trouble, especially cause everyone had to be out by 10am

The hostel is hard to find and long stairs.

Great location but they kick you out too early in the day to do cleaning (10am). There wasn't an issue with theft but after they finish cleaning they leave the doors wide open so you may be uncomfortable having your stuff lying around. The lockers are okay size but definitely can not fit a reasonable backpack or suitcase. They serve wine seemingly regularly though.

None of the bunk beds have ladders, so every night you have to awkwardly sprawl/climb on top, and it just feels really sketch. Cleaners are so disrespectful with your belongings. I had laundry and a towel hanging off the railing of my bed, and they were thrown all over the dirty floor! Shower pressure is also nonexistent, expect a slow trickle of water. However, the location is very good, and they provided wine every night I was there. Got to meet lots of fellow travellers.

The perfect location. A short walk to the duomo and to the water. The hostel was clean enough and very secure. The only downside was that it was locked from 10-4 everyday for cleaning. And there are only two bathrooms that have the shower AND toilet in them. So you can end up waiting upwards of 20 minutes for the bathroom in the morning.

The best part of this hostel is the location. Only a few minutes to the Duomo and pretty easy to find from the train station. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. The hostel only has two bathrooms for the entire complex which makes it difficult, especially in the mornings. The lockout for cleaning was also a bit of an obstacle as well.

Hostel should have more lockers. Should not have close common area as people who wake up too early or sleep too late has no places to hang out.

Good location helpful staff guy bathroom cleaned extremely frequently

Extremely central, so if want to be smack dab in the middle of Florence, stay here. Reasonable price, good wifi, clean sheets. But no top sheet to put under blankets that I doubt get washed since so thick. The negative is the lock out at 10a so that we can't even stay and make breakfast or relax in common room. Also was asked two times, by same staff person within 2 hour span if I returned the hostel keys and I did it in morning when checked out so can receive my ID. Short term memory perhaps?

The 1st 2nd and 4th picture on Hostel world aren't from the Hostel :P I didn't love the cleanness of the blankets or not having a cover for my blanket with weird stains on it and the lockout time from 10-4pm wasn't very welcoming. Also only having 2 washrooms for the amount of people staying was not good. Asking around the room lots of people payed different rates for the same night the lowest one being 10€ a night. Good location though

For the price, this is the best deal you can find in Florence. The place itself was standard, nothing special but no complaints. The hot water in the shower was more like lukewarm while I was there, but other than that everything was fine. Excellent location, I'd recommend it.

Very friendly staff.

(+)The room is spacious, with locker, and comfortable enough. It's not a bunkbed, but 3 single beds in one big room. So, there's a lot of space inside. The location is great, near shops, and another restaurants. Also, the staffs are very warm, welcome, helpful, and don't mind to serve pasta for the guests several times a week. (-) No lift, the main door is hard to open by key-chip, the pillow is quite thick, and noisy at night since it's located near the street.

It's very nice. Place is awesome, staffs are friendly. Both rooms are some times wet. But don't worry just ask staff and they clean it. Thanks tom.

The best part of my stay in this hostel was the great hospitality by the staff and the location of this hostel.

The reception looks like another room, full of sheets and baggages, seem as somebody slept there. I don't iike that. Also all the place smelt all the time like food.

This is budget accomodation at its best. Huge spacious rooms, a great kitchen, relaxed and fun atmosphere and great staff too who will go that extra mile if you need it. You won't beat it's location. Dave and his team really made me feel at home. Will definitely stay there again when in Florence.
