We traveled Venice, Florence, Sienna & Pisa. This was our favourite stay, its so close to all the attractions, clubs, Santa Maria Novella Square & The Duomo Catherdral. You can reach everything by foot & the staff is very welcoming & friendly. They offer free pasta dinner in the evenings which is great to meet the fellow housemates, or just if you want to save some money & enjoy a nice dinner ! Def recommend this & would stay in eurostudent home again if we visit Florence.

Definitely a great hostel for its price and location but there are some major ups and downs. UP: free pasta night or sangria night during the weekend. DOWN: contrary to their party encouraging they wake you up at 10 and it's "lock-out" until 4pm. Rough after long night. I'd recommend getting the 3 bed private room on the top floor: no kick-out and private bathroom.

Average hostel, good dining area but apart from that nothing ordinary.

Pretty fantastic location!!!

Bathrooms were a little less than functional (cold water, no soap) and sometimes wouldn't lock. Didn't get bedbugs. Free sangria provides for some easy socializing on the weekends.

Great people there! Sure to have a good time. Very friendly Indian staff, they cook good curry chicken. They do a very good clean up every day in the rooms and every night in the kitchen. It is neat until careless clients use them. In the center of Firenze, 1 minutes walk to Duoomo and to Ponte Vecchio. Busy and noisy neighborhood all night long, not for light sleepers, Very cool Sangria party. Nice hostel to meet people from around the world. Quickly feel like home.

After climbing up 122 steps to get to out dorm, the dorms themself weren't too bad.. Atmosphere was good due to good company in dorms. However the bathrooms were average, the lock out rule is totally stupid and unnecessary... 6 hours of being locked out of the room for them to dismantle beds and clean the room is ridiculous. Was not impressed. Only good thing is location. One word, unibrow

Claims its a party hostel however constantly telling us too be quiet, they would enter are room without knocking as it didnt lock, theres a lockout between 10-4,showers didnt work intill our third day, rooms are up 12flights of stairs with no elevator, they close the common area and kitchen at 11:30, theres no luggage storage, terrible hostel! Only positives were location

Super nice place! Had great times at pasta night and sangria night! Hostel has a perfect location and it is very clean and nicely decorated! The rooms had big lockers and we felt safe all the time. Only downside was the common room which had a bit of an akeward set up which made it a bit hard to hang out there with other people. But over all a great place!

Genuinely one of the strangest hostels I've ever stayed in, and as a solo female traveller I really didn't feel comfortable here. The hostel isn't run by locals or travellers, so the staff don't have a lot to offer in terms of helping out with trips, information about the area etc. Friendly enough though. Very strange atmosphere about the place, and it seemed they had some very strange long-term guests (I too had the misfortune of meeting foot fetish man!!!). I wouldn't stay here again.

Unbelievable, they want you out of the house from 10 to 16 pm, so they wake you up in the morning and then 20 people Need to get ready in 2 bathrooms. and then they remove the beds and in the afternoon they build them up again. also they close the kitchen around midnight, so they can have dinner there

Don't bother, staff aren't friendly or flexible. And there is a foot fetish man. Great location within the city but still at the top of 123 steps

The doors to your rooms didn't lock but there were lockers. GREAT location and easy to find from main train station. Good value for money. During my stay there seemed to be a great bunch of people staying so the atmosphere was good :)

We accidentally booked two nights instead of one and they wouldn't let us cancel our lasts nights reservation. The vibe there was pretty good lots of people hanging out in the kitchen and drinking wine. BEWARE OF THE FOOT FETISH MAN!! If a weird Italian man starts looking or commenting on your feet.. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! Apart from that not a bad stay.

Location excellent and that is all I can say about the place. The description is a bunch of lies. Example, no air conditioning. We paid for a twin room and got a single with two single beds. There were bugs in the beds and dusty all over. The water in our floor, that was in the top, was over, so have to go down to have a shower (small and dirty, sharing with too many), the same to use the toilet during the night. Staff not friendly, was helpful three times to be fair. Never coming back.

I really enjoyed being able to meet so many people from across the globe, especially when we had free pasta & sangrias everyone was able to mingle. The bed's were comfortable & decent, however i was very dissapointed by the only 2 single bathrooms on my floor for everyone to share, which was very hard considering there were many of us. Also, the toilet didn't have a seat and the bathroom smelt distgusting and an overall unpleasant bathroom. Staff weren't friendly at first but after they were.

Very blah. Tucked away and hard to find, the staff weren't very friendly or helpful. It's good value, and fairly clean, but don't expect much else.

It's not bad for pricing but the reason that i put a lower review is because it is very annoying the hostel itself it's in one of the top floors and carrying stuff with no one to even offer help was pretty frustrating, i just find other hostels have a more helpful staff in tips for the city as well, met some great friends though! Oh and the beds are awful! My bed was sunk in the middle and broken, my back was killing me the next day

I had a good time at this hostel. The common areas were cool and it was easy to meet fellow travellers but the lock out 10 - 4pm was so long and unbearable, especially if you've finished your site seeing early and want to return to the hostel.

First of all just for future reference since the address is number 1 whatever streeet and there is about 4 different number ones on the same street the door is rightnext to one of the outdoor resteaunts. Reasonably clean/modern hostel comfortable beds, great atmosphere free sangria and pasta brings the hostel together. Shared shitter and shower they're all the same. Bad wifi, shit lockout curfew from 10-4 during the day. Shit staff. They have no genuine interest in traveling or travelers.
