The staff was super friendly and helpful . Every evening there was a get together party organized by the hostel, plays a vital role to create the great atmosphere . The location is un beatable. For the youung travellers its a fun place.

First: the directions are wrong! Please get a map before you go everyone there got lost looking for it. The hostel is clean, no locks on the door but there is lockers. Lockout time of 10-4 is a bit much. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of Florence. Free pasta and wine nights were great for getting everyone to mingle. Two bathrooms for the whole place caused a bit of trouble, especially cause everyone had to be out by 10am

Pros: Location is perfect! Right in the centre near the Duomo, free wine and excellent atmosphere in the common room, bathroom was always clean, staff were kind and helpful unless you came back during cleaning time. Cons: No top sheet on the beds and blankets aren't washed between guests, lots of stairs to climb which I can imagine would suck with a suitcase, cleaning time is annoying as hell. Only 1 bathroom which is extremely inconvenient. Wouldn't stay here again but it's not the worst.

The hostel is hard to find and long stairs.

Great location but they kick you out too early in the day to do cleaning (10am). There wasn't an issue with theft but after they finish cleaning they leave the doors wide open so you may be uncomfortable having your stuff lying around. The lockers are okay size but definitely can not fit a reasonable backpack or suitcase. They serve wine seemingly regularly though.

None of the bunk beds have ladders, so every night you have to awkwardly sprawl/climb on top, and it just feels really sketch. Cleaners are so disrespectful with your belongings. I had laundry and a towel hanging off the railing of my bed, and they were thrown all over the dirty floor! Shower pressure is also nonexistent, expect a slow trickle of water. However, the location is very good, and they provided wine every night I was there. Got to meet lots of fellow travellers.

The perfect location. A short walk to the duomo and to the water. The hostel was clean enough and very secure. The only downside was that it was locked from 10-4 everyday for cleaning. And there are only two bathrooms that have the shower AND toilet in them. So you can end up waiting upwards of 20 minutes for the bathroom in the morning.

The best part of this hostel is the location. Only a few minutes to the Duomo and pretty easy to find from the train station. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. The hostel only has two bathrooms for the entire complex which makes it difficult, especially in the mornings. The lockout for cleaning was also a bit of an obstacle as well.

Well, the location is amazing, and the staff was really nice to me while I was there, but you have to be out of the Hostel between 11am-4pm which is kind of strange. I mean, you'll probably be out of the Hostel then anyways, but it was just a little odd. You also won't be able to check out until after 9:30am, which was problematic for me. I was hoping to make a train before then, but was unable to.

Hostel should have more lockers. Should not have close common area as people who wake up too early or sleep too late has no places to hang out.

Amazing location very close to a lot of main attractions which makes sightseeing a lot easier, however there are only two bathrooms, the whole place smells a little funny and they oddly ask everyone to leave between 10am and 4pm which is both inconvenient and weird. The sangria party is just a bowl of wine in the common room but still a nice perk

Extremely central, so if want to be smack dab in the middle of Florence, stay here. Reasonable price, good wifi, clean sheets. But no top sheet to put under blankets that I doubt get washed since so thick. The negative is the lock out at 10a so that we can't even stay and make breakfast or relax in common room. Also was asked two times, by same staff person within 2 hour span if I returned the hostel keys and I did it in morning when checked out so can receive my ID. Short term memory perhaps?

The 1st 2nd and 4th picture on Hostel world aren't from the Hostel :P I didn't love the cleanness of the blankets or not having a cover for my blanket with weird stains on it and the lockout time from 10-4pm wasn't very welcoming. Also only having 2 washrooms for the amount of people staying was not good. Asking around the room lots of people payed different rates for the same night the lowest one being 10€ a night. Good location though

For the price, this is the best deal you can find in Florence. The place itself was standard, nothing special but no complaints. The hot water in the shower was more like lukewarm while I was there, but other than that everything was fine. Excellent location, I'd recommend it.

(+)The room is spacious, with locker, and comfortable enough. It's not a bunkbed, but 3 single beds in one big room. So, there's a lot of space inside. The location is great, near shops, and another restaurants. Also, the staffs are very warm, welcome, helpful, and don't mind to serve pasta for the guests several times a week. (-) No lift, the main door is hard to open by key-chip, the pillow is quite thick, and noisy at night since it's located near the street.

It's very nice. Place is awesome, staffs are friendly. Both rooms are some times wet. But don't worry just ask staff and they clean it. Thanks tom.
