Great location but otherwise nothing special. Only two bathrooms for everyone which was a pain, and a long lockout time during the day. Common room was just a table and a couch. Next time I'll stay in a less central hostel that has more community and nicer facilities.

Next to no vibe, they don't appreciate the high of a traveller, the lockout time is simply ridiculous and there is minima evidence that they actually clean. Facilities are bare and average. Like any hostel the people you meet can make it and luckily we had a good crew! I think this hostel needs to pick up its game and improve for their own good! Sorry but have to be honest sometimes so other backpackers know the reality of the situation. Ciao ciao lovely people x

Hi everybody I stayed at the hostel two days. On the website they say they have 24 hours reception but I arrived at 6 am and couldn`t make check-in. I had to wait till 4 pm!!! Everyday you have to leave the room at 10 am! You do not have any light near your bed, you have to bother other people if you need some light at night... If you want to lock your luggage remember to bring one for you! They do not have any! And for sleeping you receive something to cover your bed but without linen...

Only two bathrooms for at least 12 people. No hot water. Staff not very friendly, however they let me leave the luggage for the day. Positive: big rooms and location. Negative: staff friendliness, bathrooms (quantity, cleaness and hot water). bring your own lock and cash only. For the prices of Florence, it´s ok, but not coming back.

Good atmosphere. Stayed 2 nights. Thurs the staff made delicious pizza & gave us wine. Fri they did chips & sangria. Brought people together. Location is excellent but that comes with noise from outside. There's some kind of bar with outdoor seating just outside the window so it was fairly noisy all night. Didn't like the 6 hour lockout - too long. Went back to grab something during lockout & they were doing a thorough cleaning tho. Lockers in hall but no locks on doors. I'd stay there again.

Excellent hostel for single travellers - such a great family vibe as it's a bit smaller. The sangria, red wine, and pizza provided later in the evening really gets things going too! A couple of cons - staff the friendliest and strict lock out from 10-4pm... though good to be forced to get out an about, sometimes all you need is a sleep in!! Also, limitations on noise from say 9pm due to being in a apartment complex... got told off a few times!! Overall would recommend.

Really unfriendly staff who didnt seem to want any of us there all. About the lockout, they wake you up and kick you out at 10am and they dont let you in until 4pm. The staff say is because they need to clean but the place was dirty during our entire stay. Dont trust the good comments, its probably the staff who wrote them. Free sangria was nice though.

Great location. Kind of frustrating with the lock out but good atmosphere at night

The pictures and presentation about this hostel,on website, doesn't match with the hostel's reality. Firstly, I've spent quite time to figure it out where is the hostel, because there wasn't any clear sign about it's location. Secondly, when I got there I was shocked about everything. It looks like a boy's place, very informal and messy. I felt insecure and canceled my stay there. Unfortunatly, I've lost on night stay.

Fantastic hostel, the guys who run it are really welcoming and do a great job bringing everyone together for sangria each night! The only negatives would be the luke warm showers and the long lock out times from 10-4 but that wouldn't stop me from coming back!

There were not enough bathrooms for the number of people in the hostel, and the location wasn't marked at all, except for an apartment buzzer label. Also, the key we received wouldn't open the door to the hostel. We had to knock until rudely awakening another guest who thankfully let us in. This is also the first hostel I've stayed in without a lock on the individual rooms.

The location is its huge big point. it is in the middle of the central area and not even 5 minutes from everything: from train station to museums, bars and even discos. The staff is not necessarily the kindest. I asked for wifi real quick when they were cleaning and they told me not now, so I had to leave the building until the cleaning was done. And they had overpassed the legal limit in the building and when I had to so the checkout they were rather rude but the police was there.

Is terrible that you can not do anything... can't open a window, can't sit in the couch at night, can't play music in a regular volume, can'the be in the hostel almost all ay long. Terrible terrible for traveling.

Kitchen was there. In the evening we had free wine and pizza which was awesome and made it easy to connect with people. Dormitories are pretty small but that also makes it easier to get to know oneanother ;). One of the showers only had cold water and two bathrooms aren't really enough for everyone there. Also you can't be in the hostel from 10 to 16 o'clock which is weird. Besides that it is a really nice place and close to all the attractions and the train station.

Great staff and the location couldn't have been better. Very close to the city center and train station. You can walk everywhere. free sangria and food nights are amazing. must come back again.

Very kind staff. Free wine and/ or pizza nights brings people together. The lock out for cleaning is a bit early.
