After you manage to find it the first time, this hostel gives you no difficulty at all! It is in the centre of Florence which is really very convenient for both daytime and nighttime activites. The atmosphere was great. The staff weren't rude to me personally but were a little curt and unhelpful with others I saw. The breakfast ran out pretty quickly which was a shame- it didn't actually run as long as it was meant to. Overall a great place to stay in Florence!

Amazing location right in the heart of Florence. Hostel is split over 3rd and 5th floor of building and no big communal area so not a great social atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Yes, there is a lockout but so what, you should be out exploring florence anyway. Need more bathrooms!

Overall a good place to stay. Nothing incredible. You get what you pay for. Great location. Within walking distance of everything. Polite staff. Cleanliness could use improvement

Great location and friendly staff.

Great location with helpful staff. Staff comes in and wakes u up in 09.00 with coffee. There are two floors and many stairs. The upper floor where most of the guests stay are in serious need of air condition. Good value for ur money non the less.

great hostel, very central, clean, new, good showers. very easy to meet new people and the staff were good with recommendations for bars and restaurants. free pasta and sangria the night i arrived which was very nice. up a lot of stairs and difficult to find as there is only a tiny sign on the door but good once you get there

Great location and a friendly staff.

They are a bit unorganized, had to wait half a day to get my bed ready. But apart from that, they were really nice!

Fabulous place to stay. Free sangria and pasta every night we were there, atmosphere was great and pretty much couldn't have asked for more.

Had a blast here! Had use of a full kitchen, the staff was super friendly and we joked around with them the whole time. It is so easy to get everywhere from here and we met a great bunch of people. Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

pros: great location, nice people around, easy to meet people cons: weird staff, hot and packed rooms (old part), small kitchen, very loud music with speakers inside the room at 10 am!

Eurostudent home is good if you're looking for a place to party and sleep. The location is second to none, but the overall facilities aren't great. The showers don't stay on long enough to even rinse off, and felt a bit grimey. Our room also didn't have any lockers or a lock, so we had to lock our bags to the beds and give our passports to the staff to put in their safe. The staff were actually really nice and helpful, and the sangria party on Fri/Sat was a load of fun as well. Amazing location.

The place is like a maze. The temperature was awful. The wifi was terrible. There were barely any outlets to charge any electronic devices. The outlets were not made for standard Europe plugs like those found in Rome and Venice. The location is at least close to many of the tourist attractions of Florence.

Staff was amazing, location was amazing, we had a great time! It was clean and fun and met a lot of great people.

Thanks! Hope to see you back one day!

Euro student home was quite difficult to find at first, I had to ask for directions even though I google mapped it. It's right it the centre of Florence which was good. Justin the main reception guy was super nice to everyone and remembered everyone's name which was awesome considering how many people were in and out every day. The room I stayed in was 6 floors up, though that didn't bother me too much. You definately don't want to forget anything when you go out though. Recommended stay

This would be a great hostel for a solo traveller looking to meet new people in Florence! We arrived on a Saturday and that night they had free dinner and drinks. Kitchen was fully equipped and a good size and rooms and bathroom were very clean. Location was perfect, right in the centre of Florence and within walking distance of the train station. Staff were really helpful and friendly and made us feel at home straight away! Would love to come back and stay here!

The hostel looked like construction site. We were fortunate enough not to have to leave our luggage in the reception and the hostel during the day so they could work and clean, but we heard of other guest who had that experience. No AC in the room and it was incredible hot, instead they had provided an industrial strength fan that had a sound comparable to that of a jet motor. No security what so ever, didn't have to use the keys even once during our stay.

It was very difficult to sleep because in the common room there was always people shouting and listening to loud music, but for the hostel's location I could stand that. It's perfect for getting to know new people and partying !

Pros: great location and they made free sangria for everyone on friday and Saturday. Quite social so you can mingle with other travelers. Cons: it was under construction while we were there. They have a 7 hour lockout time where you'd assume they would be cleaning, but I witnessed multiple times where the 'cleaners' would just sit on the computer and try to wheel girls. Over half the staff lives there and they expect you to leave during their b.s. lockout. Very unorganized. Worst hostel ever

The whole place looked like it was under renovation, my friend's bed disappeared in the middle of the day and came back in the evening. Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly and there were only 2 toilets on the whole floor of about 30 people so there was always a queue at night and in the morning.
