Thank you for your feedback! We do try really hard to create a great, fun atmosphere around our common area and pool bar area. We offer many options during the week such as Aussie BBQ's, curry nights, Wii competitions and live bands. We are sad to hear you felt our hostel didnt have the character you were looking for. We will definitly try and work on this in the future, as it is a very important aspect of any Backpackers!

Thanks for your feedback! We try and stay on par with the local competition and offer a very competitive rate year round however Darwin is unforunately known to be a bit expensive in general. Its the price we pay for such a fantastic lifestyle where it feels like Summer year round! We do have the advantage of being one of the biggest hostels in Darwin and centrally located right in the heart of the CBD, with new and clean facilities. Im sorry you felt our hostel didnt meet and exceed your expectations, its our number one goal for guests! Good Luck with your future travels.
