Definitely stay here! Very accomodable and I felt totally safe. Their lockers are nice and I made a lot of friends. Also, if you're using the metro then it's a great location and super easy to find! I would stay here again.

It was advertised as a youth hostel, and yet there were some very old people staying there that didn't add to the atmosphere very much. As for the front door, I liked that it was open during the day, but I wonder about security a little bit.

I do believe that an hostel is a structure not only for young people, but if you get in your room an old 50 years old crazy woman that starts to shout, walk and pray from 2.00 to 5.00 a.m. I think you, as a hostel, should do everything possible in order to make the other fellows in the same room comfortable, such as putting her in a single room (like she wanted) or try to exhort her to stop... so I did not enjoy the fact that hostel said "You're in a hostel, so you get this kind of people" :-O

Very clean and modern looking hostel in a nice area and not too expensive. But: location is not ideal- almost all maps of Rome do not contain this area (even the map the hostel gives out) and it is a LONG way to the centre; I arrived with washing to hang up and there was no where to put it; despite a modern-looking kitchen, when preparing to cook I realized that there was no hob- just a sink and microwave. Kitchen does double up as a kind of cafe-style common area though which is nice.

You dont keep your key. You must leave it at the desk whenever you leave the hostel and they don't ask for ID when you return. So theoretically I could have asked for anyone's key and gotten it. Cleanliness: there was blood on my friend's sheet. Staff: hardly spoke English and couldn't even tell us a place to get food. The over night guy set up a bed behind the desk so he would take awhile to let you in when you would buzz the front door. Located next to a metro station. Too far to walk

Clean, friendly and a great place to chill out. Staff are helpful and are more than willing to give ideas when it comes to sight seeing.

Not the cleanest hostel but certainly not the dirtiest. There was quite a bit of noise throughout the night but when asked, the staff took care of it. Overall, the staff was the best part. They were extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions before and throughout our stay.

The staff was unorganized. The kitchen was okay (no stove though). An extra shower and toilet in the corridor were good. The supermarket and metro were really close!

There wasn't 24 hour reception as advertised. Also, even though I chose to stay in a 6 person room, they put 8 people in it. There was only one bathroom. It was small and not so clean. The location is right by the metro, which was nice.

The staff were friendly enough, but I was there six days and I think the washroom was only cleaned the day I got there...
