About Youth Hostel Bad Gastein
The hostel is located in an international ski resort, only 10 min from the train station and the Felsenbad (rock spa) with its thermal and mineral springs. The ski resort offers 250 km of slopes, 50 lifts, 90 km of cross country tracks, 3 ski schools and fabulous routes for ski hiking.
Summer attractions range from river rafting, canyoning, mountain biking and climbing to golf. More highlights: salt mine in Hallein, Eisriesenwelt Werfen (large ice cave system), Krimmler Falls and of course Salzburg, home of Mozart.
