We had a very short stay here but it was pleasant. Staff are very helpful and the location is very good, just a short walk and cable car ride from station. If you walk up to the cable car and tell the attendant you are checking in they'll probably give you a free ride down the hill
Big well organised hostel Very clean, nice breakfast, located in the middle of city.
Might just be Switzerland but very expensive for what you get, tiny room could barely fit my suitcase in it among the other peoples stuff, no security locker or anything plus no cooking facilities which didn't help the overall cost. It's called youth hostel but everyone there was probably about 50, including 3 60 year olds in my room. This hostel made me wish I never went to bern.
Not easy to find. Staff is so so. Hostel's facilities (bed sheet, pillow etc,.) was nice. Breakfast is not bad.
Very clean, great breakfast included. Hostel staff was very accommodating and there is a large area to hang out.
Big ol' up hill walk to get to the town centre, there is a lift or something you can take apparently. Zero atmosphere at the hostel, not much use if you're a solo traveller. 1 plug socket in the dorm I was in. Wouldn't stay again.
Very nice staff. Comfy beds, and overall pretty clean. Breakfast was half decent. Free coffee which is nice. Also free transportation! Big down fall is there are only 3 shower stalls for the all the men in the building. With one drain for all 3 showers. Wifi only works in the common area. Would probably not stay here again just because of the showers.

The staff was superb and the location was great, really close to the river for a swim and close to the old town to walk around!
