I am disgusted at the fact they charge extortionate prices for WiFi, for a serious traveler this is unacceptable. Only 2 out of 3 of their own pc worked and do not allow USB connection. This goes against the ethos of hosteling and needs of a serious traveler in my opinion. I will try never to use this type of Hostel. I name Hamburg and Wiesbarden as other examples of out of date practice. WAKE UP IDIOTS!!!

Way out off town, though they give u a travel card for the days u are there. public transport good. nice breakfast. clean.

Good spot to stay, it is a youth hostel though. Rooms are good, breakfast is good. Enjoy Lausanne!

Good place to stay ... right near the lake. Doesn't have the atmosphere of some smaller hostels, but Lausanne has plenty of atmosphere of its own if you head into town.

Breakfast was included and amazing. Meat and cheese, bread, yogurts, juices, coffee, etc. The place was spotless and less than five minutes to the lake. Beautiful!
