The service (the front desk, the workers, etc.) was the WORST service Ive ever received in my LIFE. The hostel itself was nice but there was not a single person at the front desk for 2 hours for me to check in. It was a NIGHTMARE. Not only was I not able to check in, the next day when I wanted to go out and sightsee, once again there was NO ONE at the front desk to help me. Not ONE PERSON to give me a map or help me with directions. If you stay here, prepare yourself for the WORST SERVICE EVER.

Everything are good but the sign of wifi is not good, it alway down. and it would be good if we can use wifi in our room.

After mid night not easy to find taxi and oversea phone cannot book a taxi. After hours check in must call early to pre-arrange and reconfirm with them later.

a bit far from the city centre, but there's a bus. little bit expensive but they provide the best breakfast i ever had during the trip

Staff was non-responsive to people waiting to be served at the front desk. They would notice the person, but would not make any attempt to get their lazy bum out of the chair to help.
